Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued after order delivery, reflecting the agreed-upon price. If no quote was provided, standard pricing will apply. For special pricing on volume orders or specific payment terms, please contact our billing department at info@sassydigitizing.com.

Digital Delivery Policy

All services provided by Sassy Digitizing LLC are strictly digital. Completed technical files (DST, PES, vector formats, etc.) are delivered electronically via email or secure download link. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical goods.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
